Nottingham Forest have confirmed the loan signings of Benfica forward Nelson Oliveira and Lille winger Ryan Mendes.

Forest were placed under a transfer embargo in February for breaching Financial Fair Play rules, but that has since been lifted in part to allow the Championship club to sign players on loan.
