TOP STORY: Man United turn to Newcastle star Saint-Maximin
Newcastle United winger Allan Saint-Maximin is on the radar of Manchester United, says Media Foot.
Saint-Maximin, 25, has had a fine start to the season and shone in a 3-3 draw with Manchester City this weekend. The Frenchman has scored 12 goals and put in 18 assists in 96 games since moving from nice in 2019.
Man United boss Erik ten Hag is looking to sign another attacking player this summer and sources have told ESPN that they are considering making an improved offer for Ajax winger Antony.
United have already seen an â¬80m bid rejected by the Dutch side, who have told United chiefs they would only consider a financial package worth closer to â¬100m, while a number of players are still being monitored in case a deal can't be made, including Chelsea's Christian Pulisic, PSV's Cody Gakpo and Borussia Monchengladbach's Marcus Thuram.

21.51 BST: Tottenham Hotspur centre-back Japhet Tanganga is waiting for a move to AC Milan, despite Nottingham Forest submitting a bid including a â¬25m transfer fee, according to Calciomercato. Spurs are said to be close to agreeing a fee with the newly promoted Premier League, but the 23-year-old former England youth international has reportedly expressed his desire to join the Italian side this summer and will hold out for an offer to play Champions League football with the Rossoneri this season.
21.18 BST: Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Ander Herrera is close to leaving the French capital and returning to Athletic Club on a free transfer, writes L'Equipe. The 33-year-old reportedly will be released from the last two years of his contract with the Parisians, paving the way for his transfer to San Mames, where he played for three seasons before his move to Manchester United in 2014.
21.01 BST: West Ham United have signed left-back Emerson Palmieri from Chelsea for an undisclosed fee, the east London club announced on Tuesday, although it's been widely reported that the Hammers will pay a transfer fee that could rise as high as £15m. The 28-year-old Italy international has signed a four-year contract, with an option for a fifth, and will the No. 33 shirt for the Claret and Blue.
