TOP STORY: PSG to spend Neymar cash on Donnarumma?
Assuming that PSG are willing to negotiate with one of Barcelona, Real Madrid or Juventus by the end of the transfer window, Neymar should be departing Paris this summer. Various deals suggested would either include players, cash up front, or a loan deal with an upfront payment and then plenty of cash later on.
Either way, PSG will have money to spend up until Sept. 2 and La Repubblica reports that they are looking to bring in a new goalkeeper in AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma for around â¬60m.
Donnarumma, 20, has long been on PSG wishlist and current No. 1 Alphonse Areola has done little to cement his position. La Repubblica even suggests that Areola could be included in the Donnarumma deal as a makeweight, though with Gianluigi Buffon and Kevin Trapp leaving already that would mean a shortage of backup options.
The goalkeeping spot is so important to them that a Donnarumma move may happen regardless of Neymar's future. But if they somehow manage to land the Italian, sell Neymar, AND gain a player like Paulo Dybala or Luis Suarez, then they will have won the European window.

23.22 BST: You probably know by now that Inter Milan and Man United are currently negotiating a season-long loan deal for Alexis Sanchez.
What you probably don't know is just how costly getting Alexis of the books at Old Trafford could prove for United. The proposed Sanchez loan deal would feature an option for Inter to buy the Chilean but Sportsmail understands the San Siro club are planning on offering Sanchez a contract worth no more than £150,000-per-week if they decide to make the deal permanent next summer.
One problem. Sanchez currently makes £500,000-per-week and likely wouldn't agree to take that drastic of a pay cut. Therefore, the Red Devils would likely be forced to pay out the remaining two years of his contract -- a total of £36m! This deal just gets worse and worse by the hour for United...
22.54 BST: The Daily Mail understands that Barcelona are in talks with Red Bull Salzburg left-back Gideon Mensah on a season-long loan.
The Under-23 Ghana international has yet to make an official first-team appearance for Salzburg but recently impressed in a friendly against Real Madrid. If signed it is expected that Mensah would train with Barca's first team and play games for the club's second team in the Segunda B.
Mensah has played in Austria since 2016 and last season played 10 times on loan for Sturm Graz.
22.19 BST: Man United and Tottenham were both monitoring Dinamo Zagreb and Spain Under-21 attacker Dani Olmo this summer but are set to lose out the young talent.
With the English window having been closed for two weeks, Spanish outlet AS writes that Atletico Madrid are now favourites to sign the youngster this window and have already begun talks with the player's representatives.
Olmo, who spent seven years at Barcelona's famed La Masia, was named to team of the tournament at the recent U21 Euros and scored and was named Man of the Match in the final which Spain won 2-1 over Germany. Olmo scored 12 goals and added nine assists last season as Zagreb ran away with the title, and has already racked up four goals and three assists in four games this campaign.
Definitely one to watch for the future, Man United and Tottenham will be hoping Zagreb qualify for the Champions League and that Olmo stays in Croatia beyond the Sept. 2 European transfer deadline.
21.39 BST: Roma have already brought in two new central defenders this window and are reportedly in talks for a third.
Having already signed Gianluca Mancini from Atalanta and Mert Cetin from Genclerbirligi, Goal.com understands that Roma and Juventus are currently holding talks surrounding Daniele Rugani, 25. With Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci still in tow the arrivals of Matthjis de Ligt and Merih Demiral this summer, Rugani is the odd man out in Turin.
Juventus have requested a fee of between â¬20-25 million for Rugani and are also hoping to recoup youngster Alessio Riccardi in the deal. Earlier on Wednesday, Roma signed right-back David Zappacosta on a season-long loan from Chelsea.
21.03 BST: We have had a coaching change in MLS.
The Montreal Impact have dismissed head coach Remi Garde and will hire Wilmer Cabrera, who was recently fired by the Houston Dynamo. The former Lyon boss has been in charge of the Impact since the 2018 season, compiling a 24-29-8 record including 10-13-4 this season. Meanwhile, Cabrera was fired just last week by the Dynamo after compiling a 32-39-22 record as Dynamo boss in MLS play, while also leading Houston to the 2018 US Open Cup.
20.18 BST: Liverpool centre-back Dejan Lovren's proposed move to Roma has fallen through but the Croatian could still leave Anfield before the Sept. 2 deadline.
German outlet Bild is reporting that Bayer Leverkusen are now in for the veteran defender, as they seek to improve their depth behind Sven Bender and Jonathan Tah. Lovren is currently behind Virgil van Dijk, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez at Liverpool and is seeking a more important role.
Stay tuned...
19.27 BST: Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong has no interest in a loan move and wants to fight for a spot at Old Trafford.
Dutch outlet Voetbal International claims Feyenoord and PSV Eindhoven have both enquired about taking the 19-year-old on loan but that Chong has rejected them, instead preferring to try and break into the team at United. Chong, who boasts some of the best hair in the Premier League, has made four first team appearances to date for the Red Devils.
18.52 BST: Roma have announced the loan signing of right-back Davide Zappacosta from Chelsea.
