TOP STORY: Mourinho targets Pereira for Tottenham
Leicester right-back Ricardo Pereira could be set to join Tottenham under new boss Jose Mourinho, reports the Express.
Pereira, 26, has been one of the best defenders in England over the past year and was picked as the third best right-back in the world by our FC 100 panel. Now the Portugal international is being linked with a lucrative move to London to join his fellow countryman and some recent comments only added fuel to the fire.
"He's [Mourinho] been missed," Pereira told Portuguese publication Record. "He's one of the best coaches in the world."
Mourinho is looking to replace Kieran Trippier, who left for Atletico Madrid in the summer, with Leicester requiring a significant increase on the â¬25 million paid for Pereira in 2018.

22.00 GMT: And one last bit here for Saturday with news that Javier Mascherano will return to Argentina to play for Estudiantes starting in January 2020 after his stint at Chinese club Hebei Fortune wraps up next month.
Estudiantes president Juan Sebastian Veron posted a video on Twitter of him with Mascherano at a restaurant saying, "we travelled 19,000 km to welcome Javier to La Familia Pincha!"
El Jefecito last played in Argentina in 2005 as a member of River Plate before moving on to Brazilian powerhouse Corinthians. He then had a remarkable European club career since then at West Ham, Liverpool, and Barcelona. At the international level, he's the Albiceleste's most capped player with 147 appearances.

19.30 GMT: It was another ugly day at the Emirates for under-pressure manager Unai Emery, although it could have been uglier had Arsenal not pulled out a last-gasp goal to earn a 2-2 draw against Southampton. Still, it's five Premier League matches without a win for the Gunners -- their longest such streak since 2011 -- and the Express reckons one of Max Allegri, Mikel Arteta or Rafa Benitez are the odds on favourites to take the Arsenal job should Emery be shown the door.
18.10 GMT: It looks like it's the end of the line for Luciano Acosta at D.C. United. The MLS club sent out a video montage of the Argentine with the caption "Thank you," to which Acosta responded: "Always in my heart, thank you D.C. United."
Always in my heart, thanks DC United
